Sony PSP Go down to £149 at HMV for limited time
The Sony PSP Go has undergone a staggering £100 price cut at HMV in the first real offensive of the Christmas shopping season.
The recession-busting, cut-price PlayStation Portable rings up at just £148.99 for a limited time only, as the retailer looks to kick-start what is expected to be another modest year of festive sales.

HMV announced the bold move on its Twitter feed today, claiming that the offer would not be around too long, so we’d advise anyone looking at adding this to their shopping list to do so pronto. The white incarnation of the console is a penny shy of £200.
The PSP Go was launched at the E3 games expo earlier in this year and is the first of the Sony handheld devices to dispense with the controversial UMD format in favour of downloadable games.
If this deal is anything to go by, we could be in for a bumper season of gadget bargains.
